Amazing experience, could not have been better! After not visiting the opticians for a few years I was rather anxious about the idea of visiting again however the While’s team make the transition ever so smooth. From the easy online booking system to the text message reminder to the friendly staff happy to answer any questions that you have beforehand. The service before even visiting the shop was exceptional. Once there, the optician himself made it a point to make it an above and beyond experience, expressing interest and concern for my eyes whilst maintaining an approachable and friendly dementia. Once my eye test had concluded the process of picking out glasses was made so much easier as the staff allowed you to take your time browsing and offered opinions when I seemed stuck between a few pairs. Overall elated with my experience and would highly recommend to everyone.
